Community Bank renews Nyce network deal

Nyce today announced that Community Bank N.A. of DeWitt, N.Y., has renewed its Nyce Network participation and named Nyce its exclusive provider of both PIN debit and ATM card access.

NYCE Payments Network, LLC, is a leading U.S. electronic payments network and a Metavante (NYSE:MV) company. Metavante is a leading provider of banking and payments technology.

Community Bank has $5.3 billion in assets and 148 branches across upstate New York and northeastern Pennsylvania, where it operates as First Liberty Bank & Trust. According to J.D. Power's 2008 Retail Banking Satisfaction Study, Community Bank is the highest-rated bank serving upstate New York. The bank contributes 135,000 cards and 132 ATMs to the NYCE Network.
