NYCE Payments Network, LLC, is a leading U.S. electronic payments network and a Metavante (NYSE:MV) company. Metavante is a leading provider of banking and payments technology.

Community Bank has $5.3 billion in assets and 148 branches across upstate New York and northeastern Pennsylvania, where it operates as First Liberty Bank & Trust. According to J.D. "Community Bank is known for being a well-managed bank with a customer-oriented approach and superior service," said Robin Dumas, vice president, Electronic Banking manager, Community Bank. "It's imperative for us to work with vendors who are aligned with that focus. NYCE has demonstrated that it can work closely with us to support our customers' needs and our unique growth objectives, while looking forward to identify new payment
opportunities that will translate to bottom line results."

"Community Bank ranks the highest in its area for customer satisfaction, and maintaining that ranking is a priority for them," said Steve Rathgaber, NYCE president and chief operating officer. "Clearly, they are confident in our ability to continue supporting their customers' ATM and POS demands seamlessly, as well as enabling the payment options those customers are seeking."
