UNX, the trading technology company, announced today that it has hired Brian Spengemann as Managing Director of Sales and Business Development.
Mr. Spengemann has held senior-level roles in global portfolio, algorithmic trading and operations at Credit Suisse, Lehman Brothers, and Bankers Trust Company.
Before joining UNX, Mr. Spengemann was a managing director in the Merrill Lynch portfolio and algorithmic trading group, where he covered quantitative asset managers. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Mr. Spengemann worked at Credit Suisse. He started his career working in theoretical biophysics at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
