Interactive Data Corporation (NYSE: IDC), a leading provider of financial information, analytics and related solutions, today announced that Raymond James Financial (NYSE: RJF) has deployed Interactive Data's real-time browser-based market data terminals for use by 4,000 financial advisors in their Private Client Group.

Interactive Data's Market-Q provides Raymond James' financial advisors access to a broad set of high-quality financial information, including global real-time market data, Dow Jones' real-time news and analysis, along with commentary on companies, markets and events, as well as research from a range of sources. It also offers sophisticated tools, such as advanced charting and other capabilities. Market-Q can be accessed from web browsers, providing users the flexibility to utilize its capabilities regardless of their location.

Raymond James chose to implement Market-Q as a fully hosted solution, thereby eliminating the need for additional on-site technology infrastructure costs associated with servers, circuits and routers, while offering complete Internet accessibility at reduced bandwidth costs. Market-Q offers flexible conflation settings, providing Raymond James an appropriate level of data while realizing significant improvements in bandwidth utilization and network traffic.

Market-Q's modular technology design and flexible deployment options enabled Raymond James to quickly introduce this offering to their clients. After working closely with Interactive Data's customer support team, Raymond James has fully deployed Market-Q in its Private Client Group.
