Mr Zacharidis will have responsibility for the strategic direction and development of Composer, InfoComp's market leading registry and administration platform as well as for Conductor, it's recently released messaging and straight through processing engine.

Mr Zacharidis, who will be based in Melbourne, has 15 years experience in the financial services sector and has held several senior management positions within software companies that service this sector.
