Storebrand Bank extends EDB contract

Storebrand Bank ASA has extended and expanded its agreement with EDB Business Partner ASA for the delivery of payment services and bank operating solutions to the bank.

The agreement runs to January 2014, and represents total contract value of around NOK 100 million.

EDB currently delivers solutions for payment services and software services, together with IT operating services, to Storebrand Bank. The new contract extends the existing agreement by three years, and paves the way for delivering a broader range of services.

About the services delivered

EDB currently delivers a complete portfolio of solutions and services that will form the basis for the bank's product development and service offer over future years. EDB provides solutions in the areas of deposits, financing, card and payment services, accounting and reporting, message distribution and customer dialogue services, internet banking and branch office systems, as well as operating services for all banking solutions and the bank's IT infrastructure.
