I2C appoints Facundo Rivera director, client account management

i2c, an innovative provider of payment solutions, announced that Facundo Rivera has joined the company as director, client account management.

Rivera has more than 23 years of experience in the financial services industry, with strong knowledge of client relationship management, marketing, project management, and information management.

Before joining i2c, Rivera was director, prepaid support services, at Fidelity National Information Services (eFunds Prepaid Solutions), where he managed and strategically directed the risk management, vendor management, and business intelligence teams. In his six years there, Rivera also successfully implemented more than 250 client solutions and increased professional-services revenue by 40 percent as divisional director, professional services, and grew the client portfolio as senior manager, account development. Earlier, Rivera spent 12 fruitful years at American Express TRS, gaining experience with positions in business development, client relations, MIS management, and merchant services operations and focusing on the Latin American and Caribbean markets.

At i2c, Rivera will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of i2c's client relationships.
