Eric Takigawa, Managing Director, Asia Pacific & Australia, Algorithmics, said: "I am delighted that Bryan is joining Algorithmics. We already have a strong representation among the biggest banks in the region and our ambition is to continue this growth while fostering long term partnerships with our existing clients. In the current climate, Bryan's proven sales and leadership abilities are just what we need to achieve these ambitions and I look forward to working with him within our senior regional management team in Asia."
Bryan O'Neill commented: "As recent events have highlighted, the ability to take a comprehensive, holistic and enterprise view of market, credit, counterparty credit, liquidity and operational risk is exactly what is needed by financial institutions. Silo-based risk management just doesn't work. Algorithmics' award winning enterprise risk solutions and long experience of working in financial services risk management gives the firm a unique position in the risk management market. I am excited to be a part of this and I look forward to helping Algorithmics meet its growth ambitions in the region."
