Plus Markets Group has appointed Ian-Patrick Lauder as Head of Trading Services, a role covering the stock exchange's execution offering to trading members.
As the new Head of Trading Services, Lauder will be responsible for cultivating and fostering the exchange's relationships with existing and prospective broker and market maker customers.
PLUS is currently rolling out trading platform enhancements including a new dark order book for small and mid-cap securities. The exchange offers trading in over 7500 securities including London-listed shares (FTSE 100, FTSE Fledgling, FTSE Small Cap), European liquid shares, dual-trading AIM stocks and PLUS stocks.
Lauder joined PLUS 2008 in charge of business development for PLUS Real Time Products, where he expanded the exchange's customer base in the distribution of its market data.
