Crossroads Bank of Wabash, Ind. has selected Harland Financial Solutions' Phoenix System as its enterprise core processing solution.

Originally a traditional savings and loan institution, the $300 million asset community bank required a real-time core processing solution capable of helping it transition to full-service commercial banking, while maintaining high standards for close customer relationships.

"We need a modern solution that will enable us to grow. A standout in our evaluation was the Phoenix System's commercial lending power," said Roger Cromer, president of Crossroads Bank. "And, more importantly, we need a partner who shares our values. Harland Financial Solutions' range of offerings clearly will help us remain focused on our community, our customers and our mission."

In addition to the Phoenix System, Crossroads will be implementing a full complement of Harland Financial Solutions offerings, including CreditQuest for credit risk management, Cavion Internet Banking, ProSuite origination and document solutions, Active:View enterprise content management, EFT, and Branch and Merchant Capture.

"Particularly in today's economy, financial institutions like Crossroads Bank are looking for ways to deliver a competitive range of retail and commercial services, as well as a superior customer experience," said Bill Zayas, executive vice president and general manager of Bank Core Systems at Harland Financial Solutions. "We're delighted to help support Crossroads' strategic goals with our integrated enterprise solutions."
