Mr. Blair's responsibilities will include directing all aspects of its commercial card business which consists of corporate, purchasing and prepaid card programs and the market-leading Enterprise Spend Platform technology.

Previously, Mr. Blair served SunTrust as a senior vice president in Enterprise Delivery Services where he was responsible for a technology investment portfolio, the delivery of transaction systems, and technology integration efforts surrounding merger and acquisition activities. Prior to joining SunTrust, Mr. Blair was chief information officer and chief product executive for Vital Processing Services, L.L.C., a premier provider of commerce-enabling technologies for the merchant-acquiring marketplace. Mr. Blair also served as chief information officer for CitiStreet L.L.C., the benefits outsourcing division of ING. He began his career at Barnett Bank in Florida and holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of North Florida.
