After several years of successful use in practice the international user group of MULTIVERSA IFP discussed intensively the latest demands coming from the customers to improve the usability of MULTIVERSA IFP making the application even more unique to the market.

As a result CoCoNet will enhance and change important usability features.

* Dashboard landing page
The new landing page appears after logging into MULTIVERSA IFP and contains the information at a glance that the respective user e.g. in the role of a financial manager considers most important. Each user can individually choose the required type of information to be displayed by the dashboard according to the access permission profile and user role. The optional information sections range from account balances, due payments, pending authorisations, alerts and messages to favourite links.

* New menu bar
The new menu navigation works with multi-level pull-down menus. Pull-down menus emerge each time the mouse is moved over the menu bar. Different icons illustrate the functionality to be chosen.

* Manual payment entry flow
Manually entering payments in MULTIVERSA IFP follows an improved ergonomic two-step approach which is also utilised for direct debits, periodic payments and periodic debits. In the first payment step the user enters data for the most generic payment attributes. In the second step MULTIVERSA IFP presents the recommended fields to be filled. The system provider decides on a general level flexibly about the number and frequency of the presented fields.

With the new usability enhancements MULTIVERSA IFP confirms its status as a state-of-the-art solution meeting highest customer demands with regard to functionality and also usability. The GUI enhancements for improved usability reinforce CoCoNet position at the cutting edge of portal technology and its reputation as innovative supplier of proven off-the-shelf e-banking products.
