Diamis and CoCoNet have formed a partnership for providing the French market with a solution for managing the transition from ETEBAC to the new EBICS Internet-based communication and security standard for remote data transfer between customer and financial instituition.

The solution is based on MULTIVERSA IBS, a multi-channel server for exchanges between banks and corporate customers. MULTIVERSA has been operating EBICS exchanges for years within some of the major Cash Management actors in Germany. It also includes a platform to develop complete service offerings ranging from value added features in payments remittance to comprehensive corporate treasury management.

Diamis and CoCoNet have jointly packaged a secure and scalable component that handles EBICS exchanges in France. The joint offering is two-fold: an EBICS starting kit that is packaged in accordance with the short timeframe of the ETEBAC migration project as well as the foundations to set up a full-fledged range of Cash Management services.

Marc Raimbault, CEO of Diamis said: “Our joint effort is intended to secure the EBICS implementation process by providing the best-of-breed solution to our customers along with Diamis’ expertise in timely delivery and support of mission critical systems in the payment value chain”.

Ulrich Lischewski, CEO of CoCoNet said: “The partnership with Diamis affords our solution the capability to fully match the French market expectations and our role also includes commitment to align our product plan along with French-specific requirements and schedule”.
