Copper Rock Capital Partners, an Old Mutual Asset Management affiliate, is a rapidly growing money manager in the U.S. As such, when evaluating the INDATA IMS ASP solution, effective trade order management was of paramount importance. Having gone live on the INDATA system for domestic equities, Copper Rock then began to contemplate utilizing the INDATA system for their recently launched international small cap product. International was a new area for Copper Rock and the firm needed to develop a comfort level with the system's capabilities and INDATA's experience in this area. Copper Rock and Old Mutual then began working with INDATA on educating end users on specific international workflow and functionality. To this end, INDATA employed a consultative approach with remote training of individual users, as well as on-site consulting with INDATA staff, expediting the timeframe for the rollout while reducing costs.
