(NASDAQ:WEBM), a leading business integration company, today announced that Tokyo Star Bank, Limited, a Tokyo-based regional bank with funds totaling more than 1 trillion yen (over $9 billion), recently selected webMethods Fabric to enable an agile enterprise and build an IT infrastructure that will help the firm offer improved customer-oriented services.
