IPay Technologies, a leading online bill pay provider for financial institutions, today announced a strategic bill-payment processing relationship with Royal Credit Union (RCU), headquartered in Eau Claire, Wis., to provide its 113,000 members with the best-in-class bill-payment and small-business products available in the market.
