In his new role at Concept Capital, Mr. Moore will oversee the strategic expansion of the firm's institutional sales and trading business. Concept is planning to triple the size of its institutional sales and trading team during 2009. This strategic move comes as recent historic volatility in the US capital markets has led investors to seek out experienced sales traders to provide a service-oriented execution for their orders. With the hire of Mr. Moore, Concept Capital is reaffirming its commitment to providing clients with industry leading advanced trading solutions and a premiere execution consulting service for global equities.

Mr. Moore brings more that 30 years of experience in the securities industry to Concept Capital, including 21 years at Citigroup Global Markets. At Citigroup, Mr. Moore held several senior positions, including Head of US equities responsible for sales, trading, and capital markets. Mr. Moore also served as head of Global Technology at Citigroup Global Equity Division, where he was responsible for all electronic equity platforms.
