As part of its 2009 initiative to grow their network of internet and core banking relationships, iPay Technologies, the leading independent bill payment provider, has announced a partnership with Jwaala, the award winning Austin, TX company providing state-of-the-art software for banks and credit unions to dramatically improve their online banking services.
