OSE is pleased to announce that it has decided to commence the process to define requirements for its next-generation trading platform for derivative products, toward adopting the trading platform provided by Nasdaq OMX Group.

OSE will make a decision to commence development of the trading platform around the spring of 2009 after further consideration following the system requirement definition process, aiming at launching a new trading platform with the international standard trading functions and the world's highest processing capacity during the first half of 2010.

As for cash products such as stocks, OSE will further advance its consideration in view of market conditions and opinions from market participants.
