Kammarkollegiet is the oldest public authority in Sweden dating back to 1539 when the "chamber" was established to deal with tax collection and the auditing of public accounts. Today, among other things, Kammarkollegiet manages capital on behalf of organisations linked to the state or the Church of Sweden and offers financial management services to other government authorities.

Kammarkollegiet will use SimCorp Dimension wall-to-wall, covering front, middle and back office investment management activities.

"The contract was awarded after a rigorous selection process during which we tried other solutions that in the end could not match SimCorp Dimension in terms of instrument and functional coverage and flexibility," says Leif Hässel, Head of Asset Management Department at Kammarkollegiet. "We are looking forward to the benefits that we expect to reap by switching to a seamless processing system."

"We are delighted to have Kammarkollegiet as a new customer," says Lau Harting Jeppesen, Vice President at SimCorp A/S. "The agreement demonstrates how SimCorp Dimension is a true enterprise solution that due to its flexibility can handle the many different requirements of modern investment managers."
