TIBCO Software Inc. (Nasdaq:TIBX), a leading enabler of real-time business and the world's largest independent business integration software company, as demonstrated by market share and analyst reports, today announced that it has appointed Noel Ardis to the position of senior vice president for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region and Tony Harris as senior vice president for the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region.

"Both Noel and Tony bring highly successful and extensive track records in leading explosive revenue growth and building strong customer facing field organizations," said Chris Larsen, executive vice president, Worldwide Sales, TIBCO Software Inc. "The leadership and well established relationships that they can now provide TIBCO and most importantly, our customers, will increase TIBCO’s global execution ability and reach. Our commitment to these regions is strong and we will continue to invest and drive growth in both market share and revenue in the EMEA and APJ regions."

Ardis began his successful selling career at IBM, moved to enterprise software by building the northern European region for SSA, and piloted revenue and market share growth of the SAP UK subsidiary in the 1990s. He joins TIBCO from Entigo LTD, a US-based electronic commerce software company, where he held the position of managing director. He will be based at TIBCO’s London, UK office.

Harris is a proven enterprise software sales executive with a 34 year track record of establishing and developing operations for global software companies and building distribution, reseller and value-added networks through partnerships and alliances. During his tenure at SAP in the 1990s, Harris drove significant revenue and market share growth of the SAP Australia-New Zealand subsidiary. Most recently, Harris held the position of managing director with Horizon TV, a broadband content company. He will be based in TIBCO’s Sydney, Australia office.
