The Tercero suite, which comprises solutions for portfolio management; client relationship management; client reporting; document management and internet access for investors, will be deployed across Corazon's Guernsey, Jersey and Geneva offices. Completely scalable, the cost-effective platform will aid Corazon's growth plans through significantly improved operational processes and extended client services.
Corazon has decided that now is an opportune time to upgrade its infrastructure and improve its operational and client servicing processes.
In particular, it required a more efficient and comprehensive reporting solution, which its existing custodian-based system could not provide.
Corazon needed a system that would deliver tailored and structured reports, comprising valuations, performance analysis, transaction statements and investment commentaries. Following an extensive review of available offerings, Corazon selected Third Financial Software due to the strength of its team and the market leading capabilities of the Tercero platform.

The Tercero Client Relationship Management (CRM) solution will build a complete Know Your Customer (KYC) profile for all clients at Corazon - helping to both retain and win business. This data will in turn be used for more effective and frequent client reporting. The Tercero Investor Portal will allow Corazon to provide on-demand information to clients through online valuations and electronic access to reports. Additionally, the model-based Tercero Investment Management System (IMS) will enable the Corazon investment team to manage individual client portfolios and complex multi-member pension portfolios with equal ease.
