ClickFox, a provider of customer experience analytic (CEA) solutions, has expanded its EMEA operation, appointing industry veteran Myles Rose as vice president for the region. ClickFox delivers patented technology that analyses customer interactions, behaviour and experiences across all enterprise touch points to deliver true insight into the total customer experience.
This expansion is in response to growing demand in EMEA for better, more accurate understanding of customer experience cross-industry. ClickFox's aggressive growth plans for the EMEA marketplace include actively recruiting new customers and partners across the region to add to the company's rapidly expanding blue chip customer base.
