optionsXpress Holdings, Inc. announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the initial public offering of its common stock.

The sole book-running and co-lead manager of the offering will be Goldman, Sachs & Co., with Merrill Lynch & Co. serving as co-lead manager and Bank of America Securities LLC and Raymond James as co-managers.
