Tibco forms Spotfire sales and distribution deal with Japan's ISID

Tibco Software (NASDAQ:TIBX) today announced that it has entered into a sales distributor agreement with Information Services International-Dentsu, Ltd. (ISID), a leading systems integration firm headquartered in Tokyo.

ISID, a Dentsu group company, will leverage its rich experience in the development and deployment of marketing related systems to offer solutions built on the TIBCO Spotfire(R) enterprise analytics platform.

As the digital economy - symbolized by Internet-based B2B systems - has grown in earnest, ISID has been vigorously accelerating Internet-centric technology innovations such as network infrastructure development, security implementation, and content development/publishing management support. By enabling integration of management strategy planning, system-building, and marketing know-how, ISID supports Japanese firms in the financial, retail, online, catalog, travel, communications and manufacturing industries.

By providing next generation business intelligence, TIBCO Spotfire products flexibly support various businesses and analytical processes while offering enterprise-level scalability, helping users who have various analytical experience and requirements. Under the partnership, ISID will offer TIBCO Spotfire products as part of its solutions that maximize the value of data accumulated within their customer companies, allowing customers to fully analyze and leverage data to gain a competitive advantage.
