iPay Technologies, the leading independent bill payment provider, announced today the appointment of Tracey Lopes as Senior Vice President of Marketing.
Lopes brings to iPay more than 20 years of strategic marketing and branding experience in both the financial services and payment systems industries.
Prior to joining iPay Technologies, Lopes served as the Vice President of Marketing and Branding for a $150 million global payments company based in Washington, DC. She also served as the president and owner of TLC Marketing, a US-based consulting firm that specialized in developing sales and marketing programs for such companies as Pay by Touch Payment Solutions, CardService International, and Nova Information Systems. Lopes holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from Augustana College.
iPay Technologies has also appointed Alix Hoffman as Senior Vice President of Sales. Hoffman brings nearly 30 years of banking and Internet-based financial services experience to iPay Technologies. He is responsible for managing iPay Technologies' sales organization, which includes direct sales, existing client sales, as well as sales operations and lead generation.
Before joining iPay Technologies, Hoffman operated his own consulting practice, and held senior management positions with both CheckFree and Princeton eCom. Before joining Princeton eCom, Hoffman served in senior positions for Home Account Network, Inc., Electronic Commerce Systems, Inc., and BISYS, Inc. He began his career with NCR and later moved to Servantis Systems, Inc., prior to its acquisition by CheckFree.
Hoffman has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
iPay Technologies has also appointed James Hyde as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Hyde is responsible for developing new and existing strategic alliances, done through a combination of forming new technology partnerships with industry leaders and by cultivating iPay's existing strategic relationships. Hyde joined iPay in 2005 and was previously the Senior Vice President of Sales.
Beforerrre joining iPay, he served as a Software Sales Specialist for Bankers System, Inc. in Chicago, IL, and as a National Sales Executive at Information Technology Incorporated (ITI) in Lincoln, NE.
Hyde holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska, an Associate of Applied Science Degree from SCC in Milford, NE, and spent time with Up With People, a multi-dimensional, education-by-travel program.
