Bloomberg today announced that Deutsche Bank has joined the Bloomberg Bondtrader platform, which is the most-used platform for customers who trade Government and Credit markets electronically. Now, Bloomberg users are able to request a quote or click and trade with Deutsche Bank on the Bloomberg terminal.
Deutsche Bank has run its successful Autobahn service on Bloomberg for many years via the function DAB . Bloomberg users now have the ability to request quotes in institutional sizes, obtain best execution and electronically submit their allocations to Deutsche Bank, all using the Bloomberg terminal.
"Bloomberg continually adds features to increase the value of the Bloomberg terminal to our customers," according to Russel Levi of Bloomberg. "The addition of Deutsche Bank will become an important source of liquidity to the widely used Bloomberg Bondtrader platform, where Bloomberg users can now request quotes and trade with Deutsche Bank across Gilts, European Governments, Pfandbriefe and Investment grade credit."
