Cashbox buys ATMs from Cash4All

Cashbox (AIM:CBOX), the independent Automated Teller Machine ('ATM') deployer and operator, is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement with the lease providers to acquire ownership of 499 ATMs currently leased by Cash4All Limited, together with an interest in the site agreements where the machines are currently installed and operated.

This was for a cash consideration of £1,025,000 including VAT which was funded by Cashbox's existing drawdown facility in place with Bank of Scotland.

These ATMs recently generated surcharging transaction volumes in the region of 65,000 and revenues of c£120,000 per month.

Cashbox has also reached agreement with interested parties regarding the acquisition of the residual interest in the site agreements for further consideration and is negotiating to purchase the remainder of Cash4All machines, being approximately 250 ATMs, and will provide an update to the market in due course.
