Mr. McGann brings over 16 years of financial services industry and consulting experience to Milestone, including six years in senior management roles in the private and institutional wealth management space.

Mr. McGann joins Milestone from Citigroup N.A., where he held the position of Regional Director, Head of Citigold Wealth Management, Asia Pacific. In this role, Mr. McGann led the design and implementation of an enhanced high net worth value proposition including, enhanced product set, tailored client engagement model, and new wealth management service offerings. Before joining Citigroup in 2005, Mr. McGann held the position of Vice President, Head of Personal Financial Services Strategy and Business Execution, at JP Morgan Chase. Among his chief accomplishments at JP Morgan Chase, Mr. McGann successfully led the development of strategy and business execution for a new distribution and operating model serving more than a quarter million affluent and high net worth clients. Prior to JP Morgan Chase, Mr. McGann held positions at Deloitte Consulting and CAPCO, both leading consulting organizations, where he advised global sell side and buy side firms.
