Credem launched the Change Project to develop and deploy a customer relationship management (CRM) program to better understand customers and respond to their needs with the appropriate financial services products and services. The CRM program will collect and analyze retail customer information and provide management with continuous updates.

"Credem had particular return on investment and total cost of ownership requirements to meet when selecting an enterprise data warehouse," said Ettore Corsi, Credem's chief information officer. "Teradata was the best choice because of its financial-services industry experience, performance and advanced technology solutions, which support a rapid return on investment. Teradata will enable the bank to continue to innovate and support the institution's focus on customer service."
