TouchÃ© CRM succeeds TouchÃ© Sales & Service as Harland Financial Solutions' CRM offering and features a more contemporary architecture with added business intelligence integration.
Integrated with Harland Financial Solutions' TouchÃ© Analyzer and TouchÃ© Messenger solutions, TouchÃ© CRM combines standard CRM functionality with business intelligence features and enterprise-wide messaging. In addition to referrals, sales, service and contact management capabilities, TouchÃ© CRM accesses data from within TouchÃ© Analyzer to build Household Value Segmentation. This proprietary segmentation differentiates TouchÃ© CRM from other offerings, further aiding financial institution staff members with strategies for servicing and cross-selling consumers.
