Ness Technologies (NASDAQ: NSTC), a global provider of IT services and solutions, today announced that it will launch at FIMA Asia 2008 a new version of its enterprise reference data management platform, Ness Financial Data EnterpriseT.

The FIMA Asia 2008 financial information management conference will be held September 16-17, 2008 in Singapore.

Ness Financial Data Enterprise allows financial institutions to take control of their enterprise data by automating end-to-end acquisition, management and distribution of reference data. The Ness platform acts as a transformation and enrichment hub consolidating disparate data sources through a dynamic metadata layer in order to deliver higher value data to end-users, systems, and value-chain participants. Ness Financial Data Enterprise enables financial institutions to cost-effectively ensure high-quality data flows into applications that support the trade and investment decision lifecycle.

  • Interface to Telekurs Financial's Valordata Feed (VDF) financial information database, enabling customers to increase their data coverage with support for this highly valued data source available at launch.
  • A pre-built interface to IBM Tivoli scheduler, along with TAM/ID2 for user authentication, improving the ability to manage users and streamline data processing through the Financial Data Enterprise platform.
  • Data distribution interfaces to common Enterprise Application Integration
    (EAI) frameworks, leveraging existing IT initiatives and improving connectivity across the organization.
