NetSpend Corporation, one of the premier providers of prepaid debit cards in the United States, has entered into an agreement with Axcess Financial, a leader in consumer financial solutions.
The alliance creates the NetSpend Axcess Prepaid MasterCard (the Axcess Card), a general purpose reloadable prepaid debit card, and enables the Axcess Card and the NetSpend National Savings Program to be available to thousands of customers across the country through Axcess Financial's distribution channels.

Axcess Financial products are distributed through multiple channels, including online, internationally and more than 1,300 Check 'n Go retail locations in 30 states.
A pilot program launched August 25, 2008, making the Axcess Card and the NetSpend National Savings Program available to customers at more than 200 Check 'n Go locations in Ohio, Tennessee, Michigan and Kentucky. The program is planned to roll out to remaining locations later this year in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations. Customers with a minimum load amount will receive their Axcess Card at no additional cost. Information about card purchase and reload costs will be available at participating pilot locations. Axcess Cards will be issued by Inter National Bank, member FDIC.
