By implementing imaging technology, FNB Wynne has also been able to attract non-traditional merchants. VSoft Corporation is a global information and technology provider of process improvement solutions for financial institutions.

With more than $250 million in assets, FNB Wynne is a commercial bank serving the Mississippi Delta region, an area spanning seven states. In 2006, the bank realized a need to update their check processing system to better serve merchant clients. The bank selected VSoft's suite of products, including image capture, image statements, archive, research, image exchange, branch capture and merchant capture software.

Through merchant capture, FNB Wynne's customers remotely capture payments and electronically send deposits to the bank. These organizations capture check images using a low speed scanner and securely transmit them to the bank. Customers benefit from saving time and money by eliminating the need to physically visit the branch.
