Schroders Private Banking implements Onyx Software for CRM

Onyx® Software Corporation (Nasdaq:ONXS) today announced that Schroders Private Banking, a division of Schroders plc, has successfully implemented Onyx as its customer relationship management (CRM) solution in London. Schroder & Co. has completed the first two phases of the implementation and will roll out Onyx to users across its UK Private Banking teams.

Schroder & Co. is using Onyx to consolidate the detailed knowledge held about each of its customers shifting from a traditional investment portfolio view to a more client-centric view of the business. In a single screen Schroder & Co Private Banking teams will be able to see a client's entire portfolio of investments enabling them to provide a more informed and personalised service.

Sales activities are also more efficient and easier to manage with Onyx CRM. Schroder & Co is now able to support its new sales process and uses Onyx to enable its Private Bankers to improve the effectiveness of cross-sell activities. Additionally, they use Onyx to track the progress of opportunities with clients and intermediary sales channels, run sales forecast reports, respond to RFPs, and add new prospects to lists for mailings, event invitations and business updates.
