MasterCard appoints Stephanie Voque chief human resources officer

MasterCard Worldwide today announced the appointment of Stephanie Voquer as Chief Human Resources Officer.

In this new position, Ms. Voquer will be responsible for all global human resources functions and serve as a member of MasterCard's Management Council. Ms. Voquer was Group Executive, Human Resources Strategy and Operations.

Previously, she was Group Head of Human Resources for MasterCard Europe, based in Brussels, where she was responsible for talent management and acquisition throughout Europe.

MasterCard's human resources function plays an important role in driving the company's culture and building its leadership pipeline. This requires excellence in high-caliber talent acquisition, deployment practices, innovative reward-for-performance programs, competency-based learning and performance management. In her new role as Chief Human Resources Officer, Ms. Voquer will continue to make human resources a competitive asset for MasterCard.

A native of Canada, Ms. Voquer is a Bachelor of Arts Honors Graduate, summa cum laude, of McMaster University. She completed additional studies at the University of Caen in France, the University of Valencia in Spain, the International Business Management Institute in affiliation with American Graduate School of International Management, and the IBM International Personnel Institute, in collaboration with Georgetown University. Ms. Voquer is a member of the Global Human Resources Council of The Conference Board.
