Tullett Prebon Information (TPI), a leading global provider of financial market data, today announces the appointment of Andrew Reeve as Regional Manager, Asia Pacific, reporting to Frank Desmond, Head of Europe and Asia Pacific.
Andrew will be responsible for building on TPI's success in Asia Pacific and for continuing to grow the business across the region's financial markets. Before joining, Andrew worked at Thomson Reuters for 11 years in support, product and commercial roles in Sydney, Singapore and most recently Japan, where he was responsible for the management of some of the company's largest global clients in Asia Pacific.
TPI works with financial institutions and service providers including the major global and domestic data vendors for the provision of independent OTC money market, foreign exchange, fixed income and derivative pricing. The Company has recently completed a distribution agreement with Shanghai Wind Info, China's premier integrated service provider of financial data and software. This is the latest in a series of similar agreements that TPI has recently concluded in India, Korea, Japan and Indonesia. TPI is the data subsidiary of Tullett Prebon plc, the first foreign inter-dealer broker to secure a license to trade in China in October 2005.
