BancTec names Diegelman VP, finance and accounting BPO, Americas

BancTec, a global provider of advanced, high volume, document and payment processing solutions and services, today announced the appointment of Paul E. Diegelman as divisional vice president of finance and accounting BPO, Americas.

Mr. Diegelman will be responsible for developing BancTec's position as one of the leaders in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) outsourcing market.

"Paul will be an outstanding addition to BancTec's finance and accounting BPO practice," said Jeff Brown, vice president of BancTec's Business Process Outsourcing practice in the Americas. "He has a fantastic background helping clients in a number of industries improve their Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes, and in helping them enhance the performance of their accounting operations. We look forward to Paul joining our BPO team."

Mr. Diegelman previously served as a business development executive with Regulus Group, a leading provider of transformational and transactional BPO services for the improvement of client revenue management processes. Prior to that, he was a vice president with Mellon Global Cash Management, delivering transactional outsourcing and technology-based treasury management services to Fortune 1000 clients.

With his strong management and financial background, Mr. Diegelman is a recognized speaker on business process improvement topics. He is an instructor for the Cash Management Series at The University of North Carolina, Kenan Flagler School of Business, and is an instructor for the Berkeley Treasury Management Program at the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Diegelman earned a bachelor of business administration from Loyola College in Maryland, and has been active in various industry groups, including the Association of Financial Professionals and the Petroleum Industry Data Exchange.
