The Nordic Exchange, part of the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:NDAQ) announces today that trading in DGC One AB shares commence on OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm. DGC is also the first Swedish company to launch our product Directors Desk, a board tool for efficient board collaborations.
DCG is a network operator that offers data communication, outsourcing and telephony services to the professional clients in Sweden. DGC has about 90 employees and the turnover in 2007 was over 220 MSEK with good profitability.
