The Board announces with regret that, following a period of illness, Mona Navin-Mealey has decided to resign from the Board as Group Finance Director with immediate effect and will be leaving the Group with effect from 31 July 2008.

The Group has initiated a process to identify a successor. In the interim, Richard Jarvis, Group Financial Controller, will act as Chief Financial Officer and manage the Group's financial reporting and controls. Richard joined GB in 1996 and has been Group Financial Controller for the last six years.

Richard Law, CEO, said: "I would like to thank Mona for her contribution to GB over the past twelve years and in particular during her five year tenure as Group Finance Director. During that time, GB has developed from a marketing services business into a leading Identity Management business, which has excellent prospects across a much broader range of markets and opportunities. On behalf of myself and the Board I would like to extend to Mona our very best wishes for the future."
