Open Solutions Inc., a leading provider of integrated enabling technologies for financial services providers across the United States, Canada and internationally, announced an international reseller partnership agreement with Senior Solution, a leading Brazilian software and services provider for the financial market.

Through this partnership, Senior Solution will offer all Open Solutions' products and services, including The Complete Banking Solution: DNA/The Complete Credit Union Solution: DNA, to its retail banking client base within the Latin American financial services marketplace. The platform seamlessly integrates with Senior Solution's wholesale banking system for treasury, brokerage and insurance markets.

"Historically, Brazilian banks had extremely fragmented software environments," said Aurimar (Harry) Cerqueira, commercial director for Senior Solution. "For core processing, there are as many as 50 separate products from numerous vendors. By offering an integrated universal core from a single vendor like Open Solutions, our financial institution clients will benefit from reduced support costs as well as consolidated data. By partnering with Open Solutions, we will provide just that."

Open Solutions continues to expand its international presence through strategic reseller agreements. In early 2008, the company announced a partnership with Hildebrando, a leading Mexican IT corporation with a strong presence in Spain that provides software development, systems integration, business intelligence and outsourcing services. Open Solutions formed several strategic partnerships throughout 2007, including: Thailand Equipment Research Co. Ltd. (TER); Asian-based Solution Corner (SLC); Canadian-based Celero; Asian-based CSII; Asian-based Thien Nam Information Technology; India-based R Systems Inc.

Open Solutions Senior Vice President of International Operations Wayne Ginn, said, "The international marketplace is tremendously important to us. As we continue with our market development within Latin America and expand our overall global efforts, we are pleased to partner with Senior Solution."

"Open Solutions' partnership with Senior Solution exemplifies our commitment to the Latin American regions," said Open Solutions Chairman and CEO Louis Hernandez, Jr. "Our agreement with Senior Solution provider will serve to further expand our existing international reach while also providing the Latin American market with a more sophisticated open architecture platform option. This additional partnership complements our recently announced partnership with Hildebrando, an IT provider with significant presence in Mexico, Central America and Spain. Our goal is to partner with exceptional organizations throughout the world to deliver innovative technology solutions and to provide an even wider client base with the necessary tools to help them achieve their business goals, provide the best in service and compete in an ever changing global economy."
