Northern Trust wins Hargreaves Lansdown custody and fund administration contract

Northern Trust has been selected by Hargreaves Lansdown to provide custody and fund administration services for approximately GBP 1 billion pounds Sterling (US$2.2 billion) in funds of funds assets.

Hargreaves Lansdown is a leading provider of investment management products and services to U.K. private investors, and is widely recognised in the U.K. funds industry as a major distributor.

Toby Glaysher, head of Northern Trust's U.K. Global Fund Services business, said, "Northern Trust is delighted to have been awarded this high profile mandate which further reinforces our reputation as a leading provider supporting in excess of 60 fund of funds in the U.K."
