Ipsgroup to distribute Aconite products in Mercosur region

Aconite, the leading provider of EMV and smart card software solutions and professional services today announced a partnership with Ipsgroup in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay to supply Aconite's award winning portfolio of EMV migration and prepaid card solutions in the the Mercosur region.

Aconite's EMV FastTrack migration solution will complement Ipsgroup's existing portfolio of transactional systems, which includes solutions for point-of-sales terminals, hardware and field services, and will enable issuers to quickly and cost effectively process EMV transactions and dynamically manage customer's credit risk through advanced post-issuance scripting.

Ipsgroup will also supply Aconite's Smart PrePaid application to card issuers in the south of the Mercosur who are looking for rapid entry into the lucrative low value transaction pre-payment space. Ipsgroup chose Aconite's Smart PrePaid solution, as it met the needs of their customers by offering a fast, low risk and low cost route into growing prepaid contactless markets such as petrol and retail.
