SEB names Torstendahl head of retail banking; Magnusson head of business support
Bo Magnusson, currently Head of Retail Banking, has been appointed Head of Business Support, with the overall responsibility for Group Staff and functions for business support, including IT and Operations.

Mats Torstendahl has been recruited as new Head of Retail Banking. The division comprise Retail Banking in Sweden, Germany, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and SEB Card. Mats Torstendahl is currently CEO for Danske Bank in Sweden and has for more than 20 years been active in developing Östgöta Enskilda Bank and later on Danske Bank.

Bo Magnusson has also been appointed Deputy for the CEO and President Annika Falkengren. Mats Torstendahl has been appointed Executive Vice President and will also become a member of the SEB Group Executive Committee.
