Finance and Credit Bank are dedicated to providing innovative products and personalised services to all customers which are quickly and conveniently accessible 24/7 via the self service channels. The bank's deployment of BankWorld will empower Finance and Credit Bank to provide a personalised experience to each customer or customer segment every time that a customer uses the ATM, online banking channel or any of Finance and Credit's self service channels. In addition BankWorld will be used by the bank's tellers to initiate authorised payments on behalf of remote users. BanKWord delivers personalised products and services as well as targeted messages to each customer or customer segment across all channels depending on that customer's unique individual profile.
