He will be responsible for driving business opportunities as well as client relationship management. He brings over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry to his new position, primarily in investment management consulting. Mr. Connors will be reporting to CEO Paul Migliore.

Mr. Connors has in-depth expertise across multiple product lines and all aspects of investment management securities processing. Prior to joining Citisoft, he was a Vice President at State Street Global Advisors where he was a program manager for a multi-system implementation and the firm's globalization strategy initiative.

Prior to that, Mr. Connors was a Managing Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and then IBM Business Consulting Services where he conducted strategy, operations and technology consulting projects for a number of investment management firms, hedge funds, mutual fund complexes, and securities firms. Mr. Connors began his career at Investors Bank & Trust Company in Boston.

Mr. Connors, 40, earned his B.S. from the Whittemore School of Business & Economics at the University of New Hampshire.
