FundQuest announced that it has relocated to One Winthrop Square on the other side of Boston's financial district.
FundQuest is a leading provider of technology-based tools, back-office operational support, and investment due diligence services to financial advisors.
FundQuest's staff will occupy an historic granite building, constructed in 1872, which features high ceilings, skylights, and exposed brick walls. Visitors will enter the building through the park in the square named for John Winthrop, founder of Boston and first governor of Massachusetts.
The interior spaces have been extensively renovated to FundQuest's specifications. Part of the building will house a new data center with state-of-the-art facilities for processing and securing client data. In addition, key aspects of the firm's internal and external technology infrastructure have been upgraded.
According to John Wallace, FundQuest's Chief Financial Officer, "We will enjoy the best of the new and of the old. Renovation of the interior space has created a comfortable, contemporary environment for our staff and visitors. The building's 128-year-old neoclassical architectural detail makes this a very distinctive place to work."
