Mr King has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, risk management advisory services and exchanges/clearing house risk management. His most recent position was the head of risk management at NASDAQ OMX / Derivatives Markets. Prior to that, he had held management positions in a number of financial institutions in New York, including Rabobank International, Nordea Bank, IBJ Schroder Bank & Trust and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. (now known as JPMorgan Chase).

Mr King holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from St Lawrence University in New York and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Fordham University in New York. He is member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and Professional Risk Manager's International Association (PRIMA).
