One of the nation's largest providers of products and services that process transactions for merchants, EVO is facing very rapid growth and is deploying Tidal's solution to enable its IT group to manage the increased activities this growth will generate. EVO's CIO, Michael Rose, estimates the company will increase its processing efficiency 20-30% by using Tidal's job scheduler to centralize and automate the management of complex enterprise job processing schedules.

"Tidal Enterprise Job Scheduler will play a vital role in how IT supports our business growth," said Rose. "The number of jobs we process will increase by about 25% this year due to new services and processes we are bringing on line. To manage this growth, we must ensure data accuracy and delivery time without missing a beat. One of the best ways for us to do this is through Tidal's effective scheduling automation. This solution will improve IT's ability to manage schedules and ensure that job execution is streamlined. We expect a rapid payoff from the Tidal deployment."

"Our processing needs and the environments we touch run the gamut," added Rose. "We are a web services-oriented company. We go outside into the public web environment, and we interact through various networks. We have banking information that comes into our databases, information that has to go to clients, and we also use SFTP to push and pull data. Also, we have to meet regulatory requirements. This all leads to very complex IT operations. My staff and I are very familiar with the scheduling solutions out there, and Tidal was the only one that could accommodate this level of complexity while being easy to use. It was a clear choice for us."
