Monitise plc ("Monitise"; LSE: MONI.L), the leading global provider of mobile banking and payment technology, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ron Drake as Vice President, Business Development.
Ron brings to Monitise over twenty years experience in the financial services industry. He will be responsible for the development of strategy within the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) and will lead Monitise's electronic payment provider relationships across the globe.
Having spent thirteen years as Managing Director of eFunds International, the global payments specialists, Ron has built a strong reputation in the electronic payments market, serving the major European retail banks and processors. Prior to joining eFunds he was also MD at both Cincom Systems Ltd and Platinum Financials.
