With 15 offices and ATMs located throughout Oregon, LibertyBank will now be able to grant its clients access to more than 12,000 MoneyPass ATMs located across the United States.

"Financial institutions recognize they can increase cardholder loyalty and attract new cardholders by listening to the consumer demand for surcharge-free ATM access to money," said Doug Miraglia, president of MoneyPass. "LibertyBank sees the value that MoneyPass brings to both their business and their cardholders and has made the decision to offer accessible, widespread and secure ATMs in response."

"We selected MoneyPass as a partner to offer our clients surcharge-free ATM access based on MoneyPass premier locations, particularly their wide-spread locations here in Oregon and throughout the West," said Hank Hoell, president of LibertyBank. "By joining the MoneyPass network, we save our clients money by helping them avoid surcharges and at the same time increase convenience by instantly adding over 12,000 convenient locations by which clients may access their money."

LibertyBank has approximately 11,000 cardholders who will now have access to over 12,000 MoneyPass ATMs. MoneyPass is a truly national ATM network, with a large presence of ATMs in the west, southwest and midwest regions of the United States. The unique pricing structure of MoneyPass makes it an attractive and flexible option for financial institutions to expand access to surcharge-free ATMs.

"LibertyBank, along with many other financial institutions, is heeding the influence being exerted by cost-conscious consumers who are increasingly aware of the value of surcharge-free ATM transactions," said Miraglia. "They made the best and most prudent decision for their business and decided not to rebate surcharges incurred by their cardholders, but rather to participate in MoneyPass and enjoy a longer-term impact."
